SLV librarian Gerard Hayes advises (email correspondence, August 2026) that unfortunately this work has deteriorated considerably due to the acidic paper Scurry used.

For the subject, evidently a panoramic view of Melbourne, see also Robertson Melbourne from the Flagstaff Hill 1853 {1880} SLV [WT], a watercolour also dated 1853.
