Fahey The Farm 1890 {1892} NGV [WT]

Fahey, the son of landscape painter James Fahey (1804-85), is described in NGV 1894 and 1905 as a member of the Royal Institute of Painters in Water-Colours.

Both works in the pre-Felton NGV were bought from the 1892 Anglo-Australian Exhibition held in Melbourne. Other examples appear occasionally at auction in England.
