Several photos from this series and Frith’s companion album (Frith Modern Egypt {c.1870} SLV [PH]) were included in the First Collections exhibition (1992).

The contents of the present album (disassembled) have yet to be tabulated in full. Among them are prints of a number of Frith’s  famous photographs of Thebes, Karnak, Luxor etc., including the example reproduced above.
